i'm ambivalent about this.
my initial take is it opines that the Stimulus Bill was written by monkeys (cross-referencing chimps gone wild). but with the current political climate, the African-American community in general is understandably sensitive about things like these.
on a related tangent, we can draw and make fun of Jesus and no one riots in huge numbers or declares a fatwa on the cartoonists.
